i feel horrible. ive been in tkd for 8-9 years now and got my black belt last year back but then took a 5-6 month break and basically lost all of my skills. im still getting better since i join back in november of last year but most of my kicks look like the white belts since like i said, i lost a lot of skill and also havent been consistent with classes this year due to school.
