Great to see. I am 67yrs old and have been training in martial arts constantly since I was 15yrs old. I started with Wing Chun for 15yrs ending up as an assistant instructor. In my early 30s, I took up WTF TKD and reached 3rd dan but at 65yrs old, I decided on another change and started Shotokan and currently hold a 5th Kyu. If I have learned anything it is that all martial arts deserve respect and in most cases, the effort put in by the student is more important than the style!I have to say that there is a lot more to martial arts than fighting, I have trained for 50plus years and in that time I have had to defend myself only twice, successfully I am glad to say! If it was only about fighting then I put a lot of time in for little reward! But of course, it is also about self-discipline, a peaceful mind, good health and fitness and Dojo camaraderie. I follow your site and appreciate your openness as a martial artist. With young Sensei's like you around the future of martial arts looks good!

Taekwondo is such a beautiful martial art form. Its definitley the best style of kicks that ive ever seen. I used to take it many yours ago when i was much younger. Now in my late 40s i plan on returning back to it. The style has such a beauty to it like no other.
