I had been fooling with the puzzle off and on for several days, noticing different manipulations that made subtle differences. But then all of a sudden the whole thing fell apart in my lap, and I needed the video to figure out how to put the thing back together again.

If you follow every single step he has to the T it comes apart and goes back together 100%. I did it just now my self. I would have never figured this out on my own. Idk how anyone has this kind of intelligence to precisely manipulate the pieces like that to eventually figure out the puzzle. Very great job my friend. I hope to find some more puzzles at the store or online and if i cant figure it out i will definitely be back!

Thank you for the solution! I tried this one at the store, but it didn't catch my interest that much. I somehow felt like I'm searching for patterns and hints but I didn't understand why and where. Everything felt kind of unreasoned. Kind of calming you have a similar felling about this puzzle lol

I NEVER Read the Manual! I'm that guy. I like to figure things out on my own. So I was able to take this Padlock apart within about an hour after I opened it up. Like you say, you do have to tug on it a little and I didn't want to break it. Taking things apart is ALWAYS easier than putting them back together so I tried to get this thing in the same position I took it apart but it just wouldn't go back together again! You made it really easy! That's NOT good for my Ego! LOL
