This is the only video I understood and actually managed to solve the puzzle. Before finding out how it needs to be solved, I figured the beginning but then I got lost. This is awesome, thanks!

I was on the last step. Its been years. And years. I didnt know i was on the cusp of solving it. I was fidgeting with it while watching and solved it before i saw the solution. I was right the whole time😂

So thanks to you and this video, I learned that I was on the right track with this puzzle. I wasn't sure whether the U&U piece should have 0, 1 or 2 nuts with a bigger flat, because on mine the one different side is still kinda tight, unlike the nuts on the Hanayama bolt. Haven't looked at the solution beyond that point though. Wanna figure the rest out on my own.

The four nuts at the ends are captive and cannot be removed. Should be noted because not everyone has the puzzle available at the time they see the video.

I've solved this so many times that i can almost solve it by feel and not look at the moves.

What bothere me is that I can clearly see the difference in yours. I can only see it on the u&u bolt for me. So I've tried each side etc on the hanayama with no luck :/

2:00 right at this part, why are you NOT explaining to us that on the HANAYAMA-stamped U, there is a pinched spot where we should pass the U past the unshaved nut?
