One of the reason I got really good with footwork and using the ring, the space, moving smooth and fast is due to...dancing. I went to a lot of dancing lessons. My coach told me to go and so I did for 5 years. Helped me big time. It was only years later I learned Muhammad Ali, Bruce lee and even champion fighters in modern day did this too.
