Watch every thought and emotion constantly as if they were cobras. This is a good 👍 way to put it. 👏

Unwanted thoughts and emotions are indeed worse than cobras. 😊

The workbook "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels is a great mindfulness guide. It really helped me recenter, find balance, and let go to be present.
