Here's my Top 23 of the Lithuanian entries in Eurovision so far.
Lithuania always gives off the impression of a very mediocre country, but these last few years have really done a lot of work to turn that around. They certainly have sent some good entries!

For the most part, Lithuania is one of the more mediocre eurovision countries for me, in terms of song quality. Like you said yourself, however, they have been on the upswing! Hopefully they win soon so we can all play We are the Winners unironically.
I actually like eastern European Funk--it's bonkers yet thoughtful, with a quirky vibe. That said, Sentimentai has taken it over for my favorite Lithuanian entry ever--it's so classy and cool, and Monika delivers it well. Also, sparkles. :)

Lithuania's honestly probably my favourite when it comes to the Baltic states in Eurovision, they seem to be the most consistent in terms of song quality, and I like a large chunk of their entries, it's a shame how they still have yet to win in Eurovision, hopefully that comes soon!

1. 2020 - this one hurts a lot, it likely would have brought Lithuania their best ever Eurovision result, and man, it would have been deserved, what a fun track!

7. 2015 - it truly was the year of great duets, and this one probably was the cutest, had a very fitting song.

My top 10 from Lithuania 🇱🇹 in Eurovision (1994-2022):
10: 2015: this song is so charming, really like it. 7.5/10.
9: 2013: this song is good although the lyrics are whack. 7.5/10.
8: 2019: this song is good. The lyrics are kind of clunky though. 8/10.
7: 2010: this song is so iconic. Love its premise and it’s performance. 8.5/10.
6: 2001: this song is so quirky and I love it! 9/10.
5: 2012: The performance will go down in ESC history and this song is a massive guilty pleasure of mine. 9/10.
4: 2021: this song is amazing. A banger with an amazing performance. The Roop are so iconic. 9.5/10.
3: 2020: again, what can I say The Roop are legends. 10/10.
2: 2016: this song is staged so amazingly and the song just has a sound that is so easy to get sucked into. 10/10.
1: 2006: what can I say, this song is iconic and definitely deserves that description. The song and performance are both pure perfection. 10/10.
I also like 2022, 1999, 2002, 2017 and 2009. 2007 and 2014 are middle of the road. I dislike 1994, 2008, 2005, 2011, 2018 and 2004.
Honestly I love Lithuania 🇱🇹 in Eurovision. Although they had a Rocky start, since 2009 their entries are almost always solid and they quite often send gems to Eurovision. They are one of the top countries in terms of quality for me and that will probably not change in the near future unless they really slip. I look forward to what they send every year.
