#Visualize IT: Sketch The Docs and Chalk the Talk - Visual Storytelling for Better Communication

If you work in tech, chances are you’ve “written documentation” or given a “technical talk” to a diverse audience. Visual Storytelling skills can help you improve written or delivered content in a way that improves your audience’s comprehension and recall. In this workshop we’ll explore this space in four segments:
Visual Storytelling Toolkit = practicing basic drawing concepts
Chalk The Talk = visualizing your talk before you even begin creating the first slide
Sketch The Docs = distilling technical information into visual cheatsheets for easier review or recall
Practice Makes Perfect = choose your own adventure and apply what you learned to your own project

All you need is paper, pens, color pencils or markers and a sense of adventure.
