畫畫療癒自己與他人,一起來畫畫也可以療癒到你的心,讓你感到希望與溫暖,一起用愛改變這世界喔!
您是否會常覺得心情不好,但又不知道要跟誰說?或擔心跟朋友說,會造成朋友的困擾,於是選擇悶在心裡?或許可以利用繪畫的方式來協助自己抒發和表達情緒,讓心情恢復。

美醜不重要 重點在於了解內心狀態
繪畫療癒,不在於畫的美醜,或者有沒有美感,而是從繪畫的過程中,利用非語言的方式來表達自己的內心狀態,也能協助自己感受內心狀態。有些個案在繪畫的過程當中,發現原本覺得不在乎,或者你以為已經過去的事,其實還在一直影響你的情緒,只是因為生活忙碌,這些事情和感受就被擱淺在心中某個角落。

繪畫就像一面鏡子一樣,可投射出您的內在狀態,讓你不得不審視自己的問題,讓自己不再壓抑這些情緒,只在乎自己的感受和狀態。此外,說不定也會因此出現新的感受和想法,又或者找到解決問題的辦法,或許可以藉此療癒自己。

繪畫療癒有以下幾個優點:

1.這是最簡單和便利的方法:只要隨手有一張紙,一支筆,其實就可以開始繪畫;即便要購買材料,其實也都還算是方便,文具店就有賣。

2.專注在當下:在創作的過程當中,會自然的把注意力放在創作的當下,這也可以短時間內的轉移我們正在煩惱的困擾。

3.情緒抒發和緩解:因為轉移了注意力,加上從繪畫的過程中,學習掌控隨意揮灑與控制力道之間,所以有紓壓的效果,而且當作品完成時會產生正向的情緒。

4.情緒表達:語言有時會帶來一些限制,而且有時候也不知道該如何表達,又或者不能表達;繪畫可以是一種表達情緒的方式。

5.對於內在狀態的探索:嘗試理解頭腦無法理解的情緒、想法、內在訊息、內在資源等,也可能使內心平靜,又或者療癒。

在這些繪畫創作結束之後,可以花一點時間跟這些圖畫作連結,可先命名這些圖畫,然後可試著思考這些圖畫給我什麼感受與想法,藉以釐清自己的想法與情緒。如果沒有任何感受和想法也沒有關係,只需要享受在繪畫創作的當下即可。
