Beethovens - Symphony No. 9 in D minor, op 125 - IV. Presto - Allegro Assai composed between 1822 and 1824, is Beethovens final complete Symphony. Beethoven was almost completely deaf by the time they performed it in Vienna on 7 May 1824.
This is the first time ever a great composer used vocalists in a Symhpony. The final movement is commonly known as the Ode to Joy with the lyrics based on a poem baring the same name. Ode to joy, please enjoy!
