2 tsp sun warrior matcha
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Ice
Oatmilk
🌱LIMA BEANS:
Pressure cook in instant pot for 40 minutes.
✨OVERNIGHT OATS:
Rolled Oats
Chia Seeds
Cinnamon
Soy Milk
🌱SWEET POTATOES:
I baked them in the instant pot on 365 for 45 minutes. I didn’t want to burn the outside which can happen in this instant pot sometimes so I lowered the temperature.
✨Rice I am using:
🌱TOFU:
1. Turmeric, Curry Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Nutritional Yeast, Olive Oil
2. Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Nutritional Yeast, Paprika, Ancho Chili Powder
3. Soy Sauce, Sriracha, Garlic Powder, Nutritional Yeast,
4. Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, Ancho Chilli Powder
✨TEMPEH:
Cumin, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ancho Chile Powder, Nutritional Yeast, Soy Sauce
