Omgosh I just tried the baking soda/dish soap paste on my kitchen sink. I cleaned it as usual and then used the paste. Whoa! I noticed the moisture in the sink turning brown and couldn’t believe the difference in the result! Thanks Melissa! 😄👍

I would love to learn how to properly deep clean a gas stove CMS style please. Also, I have enjoyed learning what certain substances can be used to clean more efficiently than store bought chemicals, and was wondering if oxyclean mixed with anything, might deep clean carpet stains or do you think that could be to harsh on carpet fibers. As it cleaned the grease from oven vents I have high hopes for pet stained areas. What are your thoughts?

I was planting flowers for hours outside. It was 🥵 hot. I had so much dirt on a light colored shirt, I almost threw it out. I decided to try the diy degreaser spray. The shirt looks great! No sign of the dirt or sweat! Thank you!!

I use vodka and water (not to drink) ;) 1:1 and I also spray it in the air as an air “freshner”. The alcohol kills the germs and you can add a few drops of tea tree oil if you want.

Also i have seen a couple of comments saying what you clean is considered clean by our standards and it would be nice and helpful for us to see stains and dirt viable and cleaned. I grew up in a home where my mom cleaned primarily with harsh chemicals, especially bleach. She literally had 15-20+ bottles of different cleaners...
The only commercial cleaner I buy is Lysol. It's safe to use on almost any surface and works harder than vinegar on yucky stuck on stuff that won't come off with vinegar. :)
I also use Lysol wipes occasionally, but I try not to use them too often since they are hard on the environment.
Edit: actually I also buy toilet bowl cleaner.

I recently started making foaming hand soap with Castile soap. I love it! We go through liquid soap too fast because kids like to pump a lot of soap, A LOT.

I'm an eco cleaner. Baking soda, dawn, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide and isopropyl alcohol. But my newest find that I'M IN LOVE WITH is Norwex, imparticular the mop system. Water only. The cloths are amazing, I cleaned like crazy for the first week!

Melissa love your videos...Bought your microfiber clothes and use the waffle weave in my bath to
wipe down my glass doors and tile. Seems to help ward off any mildew growth. I eliminated Pledge cleaner for wood. Just dust with a damp microfiber and follow up with a dry one and works great. I gave up dryer sheets for wool dryer balls love that they are non toxic. Thanks for all your great
