Make your own Window Cleaner with Vinegar and Dish Soap

Make your own window cleaner!!! So EASY!!!
After trying for years to clean dirty windows (created from paw prints) with commercial window cleaners. I decided to do a little research. In the I tried a variety of window cleaners from homemade to store bought, as well as using newspaper instead of paper towels with not much success. I finally learned a simple recipe for what I found to work the best. I had already tried just using a simple combination of vinegar and water, but the trick and magic ingredient was the dish soap. Who Knew???
There was an immediate difference, and so much easier than what I had tried in the past.

Thanks! 3 ingredients:

2 cups of water
1/4 cup of vinegar
½ teaspoon of concentrated dish soap

*Professional cleaner here. Dawn & Vinegar are a FANTASTIC cleaning combo. To make this even better, do 50/50 equal parts water and vinegar, and at least 1/3 cup of Dawn* 💯

can I use hand wash instead of dish soap? because I don't have a dish liquid, I have a dish soap.

I cleaned all my house windows this year, inside and out, with this solution. I did substitute name brand Dawn with Walmart Equate blue, and Walmart white vinegar. They’ve never been more clear and sparkling. I also used it to clean the window sills, also bright and clean. I’m going to use it on my deck and vinyl siding outside and trying it as a car wash.

Hi! Can this be used as an all purpose cleaner on other surfaces around the house? Also how long can it be used, will it go bad after a while?

By the gallon:

16 cups of water
4 cups of vinegar
8 teaspoons of concentrated dish soap

Can u use apple cidar vinigar if u dont have reqular vinigar
