Back in the 60's my dad would mix a can of pineapple juice w/a can of grapefruit juice for us to drink when we had chest colds. I still crave it.

This is phenomenal news Doc! Myself and my wife had either the flu or the Rsv virus 🦠. And now after our recovery ❤️‍🩹 our lungs 🫁 are junk! Mucas coming up( weeks later!) and coughing at night! Ridiculous! You’re a godsend Doc! Thanks for all your great advice ❤!
