51-year-old lady came to my OPD with complaints of lower back pain and both lower limb pain since last 2 years which had increased since a few months. Her pain was affecting her day to day activities and she was unable to perform her daily routine. When she use to start walkin she was unable to walk for more then 10 min without sitting down. Even stading for more than 15-20 min was painful for her.
She use to have severe tingling and numbness in both her legs.
The operation performed on the patient involved a L4-L5 laminectomy and L4-L5 transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) procedure. This surgery was conducted under general anesthesia by Dr. Sangram Rajale
