HISENSE U7N REVIEW! Best TV Value This Year?

Today, we reviewed the HISENSE U7N Quantum Dot Uled MiniLED at 65" . The U7N is the replacement for last years very good U7K. The U7N is the mid tier offering in HISENSE'S 2024 TV line up. I hope you enjoy the review and thank you for watching.

We’ve had the 75” U7N for a bit over a month now and are very impressed with the picture quality. This size has the ADS PRO panel, so calibration is a bit different than the other sizes. It took a while to get accustomed to the Google TV OS, but adding apps is easy. The programmable favorites button was useful since we were able to assign it to our Zapperbox for OTA DVR functions.

I'm ready to give Hisense a chance. My plan is to replace a 2012 Vizeo with a 65" U7N. This set pulls surveillance, 2nd game/program, and cartoons for my little boy duty. This low buck TV manages to honor industry standards such as Dolby Vision and DTS vs the big buck Samsungs that don't. How much more would one have to spend to equal this TV with Samsung. Oh right, you can't because they don't make a TV that respects all standards. I recently replaced a Samsung plasma with an A80CL. While a really enjoyed that plasma's picture it's so nice to no longer have the Samsung glitches. I give Samsung credit that a 2016 LCD that has been used for surveillance 24/7 since new has been near perfect. I hope Hisense proves reliable in that type of use.

Good video, Brian, I heard both U7N & U8N use different panels (VA) for their 75" size. Would be nice to see a comparison between 65" & 75" for both U7N & U8N.

I have the tlc 85 q7 for 1500.00 thinking of trading it for the Hisense 85 u7 for 1500, it this a tv a better choice?

Man can you put this tv in a bright room with some lights and comport a lot of people, how is the viweeng angles? I want a tv that can handle some light, and can be seen by more angles. Qn85c has ads painel and is bright and has semigloss finish in the 55 model, thia one is more bright but has va panel.
