I know eventually it breaks down, and you need to clean it off with water and vinegar.. Have you gone thru this yet? How often? Is it a simple spray and wipe, or more like removing paste wax from a car..??

I heard that if you use rain X on your home windows that you should tape off the sealant of the window with painters tape. Do you know anything about that?
