I've been using Rain X since the late 1980's and haven't used anything else since then.

These Rain-X products work really well, both the rain-repellent and the anti-fog. I've tested them on my Shoei XR 1100 visor (latest video on my channek) - the rain repellent worked well, I could see a noticeable improvement in the size of the water droplets and the way they bead, but the anti-fog was absolutely spot on, no fogging whatsoever.

Nice test but I will prefer if you stay at each speed for at least 5 seconds.
When you reach 40kmph, stay at that speed for 5 seconds to see if the water begins to runs off.
Then increase to 50kmph and stay there for another 5 seconds and do the same for the other speeds till which ever top speed you like to reach

Do a comparison. Like one side rain-x & the other without. & you don't have to drive that long to test it. Maybe 30 seconds.

Hi Mate, I've used this over the years and found using a smaller piece on applicator pad with smaller passed saves on product and also after 4 hours I will give it a second coat. Then put the car in the sun to harden the coats:))) lasts for ages

it's good stuff and it works, just make sure you mask off any rubber/plastic parts around your windows or be extra careful around those.

Might want to tell people that at slow speeds or stationary the water beads up & is almost worse.not great unless you have wind (speed) etc to displace the water

It works better if you applied and removed: Compound, Polish, Wax and then the Rain X.

Yea I use the RainX spray, its easiest application. Last about two weeks (I park outside too) and the water flies off. With wipers it helps me see super clear. My experience with CG JetSeal, and various carnuba and synthetic wax is they last longer but water doesnt fly off as easy

RainX works but with speeds at 50 kmp at least to see the droplets fly away, but I love the product a lot for my car!!!!
