I as a American and don't care too much for old silver tongue PUTIN and always knowing that his countries voting system isn't based on freedom free will... But don't have an ounce of problem with any President that want to keep the peace and channels open...IF TRUMP THE PRESIDENT WANT TO CONGRATULATE HE'S IN HIS RIGHTS TO DO SO..
