I just found your channel. Love it. I've been guiding for 55 years. Your boat and trailer hacks are great. The foam around the wires and cables to reduce noise is genius. I can't stand irritating noises. The lights on top of the PVC on trailer was another. Thanks

You rock young man. I'm building a 14 foot 55' Alumacraft ' V bottom into a fishing machine. Gonna wrap my motor lines, get some of those buoy fasteners, and mount a yardstick on my port rod locker. FIsh on!

Excellent video. My son who is 15 just purchased a used 17’ with a 35hp Evenrude. We are looking for ideas for storage and to get the most out of the space that we have.
Thank you.

Some good tips, and additional one for the phone: My android has a setting where you can voice command it to take the picture using a few different commands. That way you don't have to set the timer...I just open the camera and say"shoot" and its done.

Good ones....definitely going to use some of these. Especially the bumper hangers.
I got one for you...I run a stereo in my boat that has a small remote, go under or inside (or anywhere) of your dash and glue a magnetic on the opposite side of where you would like your remote to hang and then glue a thin piece of sheet metal to the back of the remote, keeps it from bouncing or sliding around and getting lost. Also glued a magnet under my motor cover (I have a 5.7L inboard) to hold it in place so I can control the stereo from the back when we are swimming and hanging around the swim platform. And yes I fish out of my 95 Sea Ray...I turned the walk thru bow into a casting deck with a swivel bass fishing seat and remote control trolling motor.

hacks are creative, inventive and always fun to watch. I have a plastic cup holder/tool holder that I clamp on the boat with those spring loaded wood worker clothes pin type clamps. very secure and I can quickly put it where ever I want.

Like the tips for phone and cup holder. I'm going to 'borrow' them.😁 those bumpers can also be used for floating devices

Great tips. I have an old 20 HP outboard. If I put 8 of the stickers on my boat it will give me the power of a new 100 HP motor! Cool 😎

I built side bunk guides, went up the side little further so I could see them when in water. I live in Washington State NW.

Great video. Good ideas. Just bought an Alumacraft. Plan on copying a few of your mods especially the gorilla glue. I always have a hard time drilling permanent holes in a perfectly good boat. I especially like the tool holder with little holes for lures!!. I would have bet a million dollars your grand finale would have been drum roll American Flag lol

just a side mote for #8 I believe it was. The insulation he uses is typically found by water heaters or copper pipe in hardware stores or HD or Lowes respectively. It's used for copper water line insulation and mostly found in 1/2" and 3/4" inside diameter (possibly 1" as well). Also I would recommend getting UV rated zip tips to extend the life before the plastic becomes brittle and comes apart.
