I bought 19' Trophy pro CC. Can pretty much go anywhere except offshore. I can go to smaller lakes or large lakes and intercoastal or in shore fishing. The boat could probably go off shore with a more experienced boater but I'm not ready for that yet.

Cost kind of dictates category. Affordability. Pay check to pay check guys are going to craigslist to find a good pre owned boat. No way we can or would buy a boat that cost more than our truck or house for that matter.

Can you take the Hewe’s Redfish boat out to the Skyway bridge for grouper and large mangrove snapper, and be comfortable? I’m wanting something to be versatile for inshore/flats but economically friendly as well. I don’t do the deep sea fishing, so that’s out.
