I eat way too much at the moment. These plates look so small compared to what I eat in a day. This is why I have gained 3 kilos during the last year. I eat delicious and very healthy stuff, only vegan, but the portion sizes slowly became humongous. Portion size creep! And you expressed what I feel and did not dare to admit: eating healthy stuff but overeating at the same time is damaging the body.

Did a 7 day juice cleanse, then I followed it up with fruits n vegtables for 2 weeks, then I followed up with portion control . I eat everything I want but I get 80 percent of my diet from fruits n veggies and the rest is portion control whatever food I want. I actually reset my taste buds after the cleanse and I actually crave a fruit or vegetable over anything else it's crazy how you retrain your taste buds when I do eat anything I want it's very easy to control the portions. I also will fill up on veggies sometimes and that helps with not overindulging in bad foods.

This was great! That's haw we eat in Europe back home. We never count calories, we don't do egg diets, cabage, keto they are all bad for you. But ppl there eat little and don't eat out. Most ppl are sleam compare to US. Ppl there fast without wanting. Sometimes they eat once a day, food is a necessity and the don't leave to eat, but they eat to leave.

Another way to get vitimins is dried fruit and nuts for selenium a handful is a portion remember portions and you can still have your favourite food lasts longer too and saves money

Or to mashed veg add protein powder and herbs and spices drink black coffee and black tea works as a food depressant to stop feeling hungry between meal times

I want to follow, but I noticed NONE of the salads you prepared had any dressing! I'm not sure I can go from eating southern comfort soul foods all my life to a plate of raw, undressed lettuce or spinach. It sounds so unappealing. I've had plain lettuce before and its awful. Also hate vinegar and lemon based dressings. Can you use dressing as a healthy fat?
