I have been cooking brats in the oven for years. Aside from grilling, this is my preferred method. Pan frying them makes too much of a mess and stinks my trailer up lol.

I Just Tried The Reciepe & It Works/My 2 Bratwurst Look Like They Were “Grilled” Having Them With Bell Peppers & Onions & Brown Mustard For Dinner :-)
