Discovered plov in Moscow, a little Uzbek restaurant/ stolovaya came up on Yandex delivery with fast delivery time... Turns out the place feeds hundreds of taxi drivers, so there's always a driver on hand for delivery!
Got hooked and stop by regularly for their plov & manti whenever I'm in the area. Haven't had tastier plov anywhere else.

It's getting a little warmer outside, a friend has a big Kazan- I want to try my hand at cooking plov over fire.
