Diablo 3 looks like torchlight compared to Diablo 4

Diablo 3 looks like warcraft, where diablo 4 looks like a revamped diablo 2. I can’t wait for this game to launch because people like me have been waiting 20 years for this.

Diablo 3 visual design is something I can never ever understand, it is almost like a bunch of people who actually hate D2 and wanted to do something that is so different but tried too hard.

The only reason Diablo 3 and 4 may look similar to some people is because both games have fully 3D environments and characters, Diablo 2 used sprites. When you look at a side by side comparison or go back and play Diablo 3 you're reminded how disgustingly cartoonish it was for a Diablo game.

the items look realistic. the character models are certainly improved but i can still see plenty of room for improvement there, especially the hair and skin

Tbh, I'm happy and excited for Diablo 4, but for me the graphics aren't mind blowing. It is way nicer than D3 for sure, but I'm not impressed. Might just be me though, let's see how it actually really end up looking like!

Diablo 4 looks much better to me than DIablo 3

The art style for Diablo 4 should have been Diablo 3, it's much more realistic looking and you can capture and keep that dark style feel that Diablo 1 & 2 had, Diablo 3 I never understood why they turned to a WoW cartoon style when Diablo was never that in the first place, it was like a WoW/Fortnite hybrid and just a terrible choice for a Diablo art style in general, an absolute far cry from Diablo 2 and the original style.

I'm glad it's looking like they've took that on board and moved back to a more realistic/dark style setting, let's see how it goes because much can change and we've all had high hopes before just for it to be melted into oblivion lol.
