Todd, I found you at the right time 🥰 I recently divorced my husband ( I’m 55, with him for 30 years )for the very points you discuss in this video! I am taking my dating advice from you and flipping the gender role to suit me as the female in pursuit of male relationship. On three dating apps simultaneously with my filters set very tight ( as I am selective of course) there is dead silence on bumble and hinge. Tinder I have been able to find the gold nuggets like mining in the Yukon 😋. My ages range from 38-55 . I am taking notes, once a flirt ( since age 14) always a flirt . I like what you say on this Have the ball in our hands, be the decision maker. If you keep to your own word, keep a healthy boundary, then the girl won't want to loose you and then your in the position to make the decision on whether this is a good relationship or not.

Ok, these are pretty good advices (as you give most of the time).
Unfortunately a successful relationship doesn't only depend on us (even if we are at the best version of ourselves). What to do when the girl is not upto scratch?

I've just ended a relationship with a girl who had a great resumé. Everybody was telling me she was great (rich beautiful, educated). But she wanted the relationship only in her terms and when I was showing dissatisfaction she was outraged, lol
It takes time though to really discover how people are deep inside as you don't want to breakup after the first disappointment.

Hey Todd, I really appreciate you overall, but explaining the The Poison Drip was a nugget of info I needed to be aware of. I'm guilty of falling into that trap. I find myself leaving my calendar open on days that the girl might potentially text me to hang out so that I can rush over to her place. I'm aware this is not good. I have hobbies but since this girl came around Ive been doing them less so. Its difficult to calibrate my weekly routine when transitioning to a new and exciting relationship. I also don't want her to get upset and lose attraction. But really, it will probably make her wonder more about me, right? I gotta be more firm on a good amount of time away from her I need. I don't want her to lose attraction for me. I gotta fight my urge and man up to take care of myself and not fall into her lap. Thanks for the reality check.
