I think that comparing against other men is actually good but not in the cocky sense(like “ ou im better” “ou I look bigger”) but like more competitive sense like looking at what people are doing and identifying bad and good things and taking the better actions and implementing it to your way and bettering yourself

That last one hit pretty hard, I think I was on the cusp of realizing this one in my own way, but he put it into words pretty eloquently. I'll be honest, I don't usually agree with this guy's content but he was definitely solid with this one. I like that he gave coherent reasons rather than just telling or shaming someone into following him.

Number 2. compare your self to your past self, are you better than 3 months ago? No. You are weak. The enemy is your future self. That is who you are competing with. Do you understand?

I disagree with the comparing one. It depends on how you are comparing yourself to others. If you like see a big guy and think "I am not as strong as him so i better go training" you get inspired and want to pursue your Dreams when you see that some people are better than you. Then i think this is a good trait
