NAV, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, administers a third of Norway's national budget via services such as parental benefits, pensions, sick pay, disability and unemployment benefits. Our IKT department consists of over 180 teams working together to build the digital systems used by our caseworkers and the public.
