Peanut is a legume not a nut. It's predominantly fat not protein rich. This is what happens when anybody becomes a health coach. Peanuts have the maximum mold in most of the foods.

Didi fat ka bhi too btao, 100 GM peanuts hv 25 GM protien and 50 gm fat. And isse pehle aap mughe judge kro I know it is healthy fat pr itna fat koi bhi kyu Lena chahega. Ye loog adhi adhuri knowledge deke bade smarty bante hai they don't realise ke what they r speaking and also in sab sources mai koi bhi complete source of protien nhi hai.
