"protein spill" sounds wild 💀

Not to be technical, but 7500 is never transmitted on pa, 7500 is the code that replaces the code that identitys the aircraft to atc, the last thing a pilot would want to do is say what they are doing

Disney also has a code for when they see rats “mickeys friend is on the loose” because they don’t want to cause panic.

The one in Disney for people spreading ashes is “HEPA clean up”. for anyone wondering, people spread ashes “in the happiest place in the world” aka Disney sometimes

Imaging being called George and hearing "George is flying the plane now"

"George is flying the plane now"

"What?" " I only have 30 minutes on Pilot Simulator 3"

and if you hear 7700 on an airplane then that means that theres an emergency like an engine failure, a medical emergency on board, etc

Yeah, If you are on a plane that has a emergency like that you don’t hear it, the pilots speak it into the radio, not to the passengers.

so how pilots learn it is-
75-give high fives(to the jets escorting you)
76-get it fixed(lost communication systems)
77-you’re almost dead(emergency code)

Fact: The reason that "Bravo" is used as a code word for bombs on a plane is because in WW1, people would use such code words to make their radio messages clearer. Its also part of the military alphabet.

Switch it to Big Bertha is flying the plane.

7700 is the input for the emergency locator transmitter or ELT for an emergency, and 7600 is for loss of communications. Normal codes are put into the transponder for communications too, like 1200. These codes are not necessarily meant for passengers, they are a way to communicate with nearby control towers. (For airplanes of course).

“George is now flying the plane” is the best one

7500 and 7600 ate actually squawk codes that need to be inputted into the plane’s transponder, also, bravo may also be a part of the pilot’s call sign, because a pilot’s call sign can be sometimes like N98HB (November 98 Hotel Bravo).

They don't actually announce 7500, instead they squawk it on their radios so air traffic control is aware.

As being an avgeek, i can confirm that hearing 7500 does not mean a hijacking. A squak code is set to 7500 discreetly so the hijackers do not realise. Squak 7500 signals other planes and towers that you are getting hijacked and a few set of spy planes will be sent to help.

Please leave a like as this took some time. Thanks 😊
