Rie’s crepe recipe
- 1 3/4 flour (sift)
- 1/4 cocoa flour (sift)
- 7 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of melted butter
- 3 cups milk(half at a time)
(Wisk and strain all of it then let it rest for 30mins)

Whipped cream
-4cups of cream
-handmix it
Put at fridge after putting it on the layer of crepes

Ganache
-2 cups of cream
-Some cups of choco chips
-4tbs of sugar
-heat the sugar and cream and then mix it with the choco fast whisk

As a person who has never seen the butter having measurements on the package until this video, I can I indeed tell you that yes, it is a pain in the ass not to have any measurements on the packet.
