Looks good, pretty standard ingredients, but it's missing chopped hard boiled eggs (which I love).
Also, I'm not a fan of cheese (although I love cheese) in a tuna sandwich.

I love some of your recipes like the lemon vegetable bean soup but it's too quick for me to follow and I really want to make it .I can't afford to cook every day so I could add ginger corriander or Tinned tomatoes or red lentils on different days and use a whole small chicken and remove the breast meat when cooked for sandwiches
