0:37 canned tuna
0:48 shallots, minced
1:13 green bell pepper(capsicum), grated
1:40 mayonnaise
2:02 salt and pepper
2:22 Chill the filling
2:44 mixed cabbage, finely chopped
2:49 carrot, grated
2:56 more mayonnaise for vegetables
3:09 Mix chilled tuna with the chopped vegetables
3:21 Chill the filling again till time to assemble
3:36 Butter the grill pan
3:42 Grill sandwich bread on one side
4:02 Thin layer of Mayo on untoasted sides of bread
4:08 Add filling on one slice
4:14 Torn lettuce on other slice
