HI, I'm Chef AJ. I first became fat at the age of 5. By the age of 11 I weighed 160 pounds and i wasn't even 5 feet tall! (That's obese). In my 20's I weighed nearly 200 pounds and I'm barely 5'6"tall!!!

This is so great. I'm on day 27 - no sugar, oil, flour, alcohol, salt. I tried to eat some walnuts the other day and find that my tastes have changed. I find nuts are WAY too rich for me now. I don't even WANT to eat overt fats anymore. I never thought I'd be able to say that. My tastebuds have been reset at this point, thanks to this way of eating. THANK YOU for all you do and spreading the word, Chef AJ.

She's so right about eating whole foods. I can make a smoothie with oatmeal, greens, fruit and nut butter and not feel satisfied. However, i feel full if I eat the same ingredients as whole foods.

It us never too late. I am 74 and I have thyroid I am thrilled to say I have lost 5 lbs in a few weeks, that is amazing for me. I love eating this way... I eat so much food it is unbelieveable. I will be my target weight very fast. Thanks Chef AJ

Thank you, Chef AJ! This makes so much sense! I want to do this plan. 20 yrs ago I lost 170 pounds. Over the 20 yrs I have been up and down, but work at staying down. I am about 50 pounds above what I was when I stopped. I am now determined to get the 50 pounds off.. I plan to use this plan to get back down. I must! I simply must!!! Thank you so much!!! Love the statement "the fat you eat is the fat you wear". Reminds me of another great one "the love that you withhold is the pain that you carry". I think both statements are crucial to keep in mind for your health; for the body & for the soul :-)
