What I always do I just cut the lime and stick the cloves around that cut lime and leave it where there's always mosquito, it also helps repel flies.

Do you know the difference between a lemon and a lime? That is a lime. They are green. Lemons are yellow.

This is how you get rid of mosquitoes
But let me show you how to get rid of flies:
1. Grab an opened jar/bowl and fill it halfway with salt & vinegar liquid
2. Squirt a few drops of dish soap into the bowl/jar of water
3. Leave it on a table or some sorr of surface and wait for the flies
And wait for the flies to die! (Includes fruit flies)

You all do know lemons are green before they turn ripe, then they're yellow. Lemon or lime they're from the same family.

This really does work! I tried it last year in Missouri, (@ my daughter's suggestion and it actually works best of any thing like it... and much cheaper.

Crazy to believe mosquitos are in our homes, and im in Florida and can testify to this. Everytime the windows are open, here they come, biting ears and ankles on the morning

Well she's got it all wrong she's messed up she's slicing a lime and half and then telling you you need to use a lemon you don't need to use dish soap to take the lemon slice it in half and you push whole clothes into the lemon you use dish soap when you want to get rid of fruit flies you use apple cider vinegar and dish soap when the fruit flies go into the apple cider vinegar it takes all the oils off the wings of the fruit flies and they drown by using a lemon and whole cloves the flies do not like the smell in the neither do the mosquitoes
