He is %100 correct. It also takes Discipline and sacrafice. I quit my Job last April, and it was okay because i had the financial backing .. ie I could go without work for a year if i wanted..

If you need a deposit for a house, you're covered, as long as you have a good credit rating and stable employment with a decent income..

This is truely very wise advice as apposed to Robert Kiasaki, who says saving is for loosers.. thats completely false. Sure you can learn to invest or start a business etc, but you've got to learn to walk before you learn how to crawl.

idk if you agree with my method but im buying high end magic-the-gathering collectable cards because they'll only appreciate over time and when i'm ready to buy a house ill just cash them out and use a huge down payment

Saving money is bullshit buy real-estate I'm 22 started with 80 bucks and a box of masonry tools when I was 16 if your money sits in the bank you literally giving your money to the bank for what ? 100 dollars a year but real estate is pretty much money ig lol
