I’m on Day One. I can get mine out using a Pul type of tool, but it’s takes me 5-10 minutes to get them in! They just don’t want to pop on. I really try to make sure they’re liked up and push evenly, but it’s really a struggle getting them on!

I have a few broken fingernails doing this. Getting them out is the only difficulty I have with the trays.

Is there a gentle way to get them out so they don't pull out existing crowns and bridges when removing them?

The most difficult part you will face with invisalign is taking them out, putting them back in, and wearing them.
