Why is it important to learn English?

Cambridge English exam students from Liceo Scientifico G. Fracastoro di Verona, a school in Italy, share their opinions on why they think learning English is important.

These students were preparing for B2 first and C1 Advanced.

to get a better position in a company is important to know how to speak English, because that we will open many doors to success.

I love how they have developed, ease of speaking English, is that sometimes I am slow to utter words, but I try to practice, whether watching videos on youtube or eschuchando music in English. I know that if I keep practicing cometh talk like them with skill and elegance. Thank you for the patience you have to teach us.

It's cool! Understand music, movies, books etc. without waiting for a translation or dubbing... I feel part of a bigger world (English is my third language).

I find learning English so interesting because the way native speakers communicate giving lots of ideas about a topic with a great velocity, I mean it's something I take my hat off about. It's hard in spanish my native language, to speak in that manner. If I would give my idea about almost anything with that velocity most people wouldn't be able to catch all the words, it is like there is actually more intelligent people on USA, it's a pleasure to improve and learn English through this kind of forum and video. Just the fact about learning a language changes your hole perspective about an entire idiom, you learn about the culture and why people's behavior is one way or another, learning any language is something really helps taking care of the brain and why not a language which skills to sound like a natural speaker takes very long time to improve. I like it because of the velocity you can explain yourself out with a few words and connecting ideas.
