My psoriasis healed while consuming daily dairy. However my arthritis did not heal. I stopped dairy 4 months into my diet. After 12 days my arthritis pain suddenly faded. I was shocked.

My Psoriasis is gone and my Arthritis is healed too. I'm only 4 months into the carnivore lifestyle. Now I integrated cucumber and see what happens. I've no problem with diary.😅

I have some joint pain, most of my issues are gas, impacted stools, and expelling..started making kefier, drink half a liter each morning, now I can expel almost daily

Drats. I love cheese but my joint pain keeps hanging around so very reluctantly I’ll cut back. My dry eye and dry mouth and terrible digestive problems have all disappeared with the carnivore diet even eating cheese.

I stopped dairy December 2023. I eat eggs, butter, beef, lamb, and green tea. I miss dairy. I binged on it.

I tried to remove dairy for 6 months on my carnivore diet but the weight stayed the same stalled and even gained more from high fat, and constipation did not improve

Thanks, i need to stop watching carnivore clips because they make everything with cheese. I had shoulder pain until i switched to homemade ghee. It was the butter.

What about raw dairy? Most dairy that gives people problems is pasteurized dairy... I can tolerate raw dairy better.

I defer to God and what He says about dairy and He never lies. Adults can in general drink raw organic non-GMO pasture raised animal dairy milk and cheese. Carnivore and lion diets don’t work for me.
