Forcing people to vote in a specific location is exactly how officials can target areas to decrease turnout. They can pack certain sections of people into a single precinct and create lines that are *hours* long, while having much fewer people assigned to particular precincts in other areas to where they can get in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. It doesn't really serve any other purpose. If you're a registered voter why does it matter where you vote?

Illegal Immigrants should be able to vote in every district. Voter ID is racist.
