==TWO AMAZING WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR SQUAT DEPTH==
Rather than always relying on your lifting shoes or doing half reps.
Use assistance to your advantage! Holding on to something will take away the balance element meaning you can focus on feeling your hips open up.
Use a counter balance like a dumbbell or kettlebell to give you the feeling of bracing and using that depth.
Then, take away all the assistance and see can you replicate that same range of motion!
This way you can really find a stance that suits your knees and that gives you the most out of your hips!
