Creativity is our ability to look at a problem and come up with a good solution to solve it. Once we understand this, we realize that it has nothing to do with the subject matter, job or what we study.

You can just be as "creative" as your "toolbox" allows you to be. If your toolbox contains just a hammer, every problem will be a nail and every solution will be a hammer blow. If your toolbox contains a large and diverse set of skills, every problem will find a sensible solution.

The thing I did was taking a cold shower, I realized that when my body was exposed at first to cold water it started to react in a strange way "shaking, anxiousness, etc " however after forcing myself to stay in the water for a little more while I realized that my body got used to it and started warming up itself, I see this situation applies in our life when it comes to dealing with our fears and anxiety

Love this video... One caution -- the part that says, "If we want to become more creative, we first have to build a collection of knowledge and memories" is quite narrow. Not wrong, but missing a lot of creativity that comes from NOT having a set of knowledge and memories which color your perceptions... Think of all the creative solutions that young children develop without all the context!

It's about using tools in a non intuitive ways, if you have a hammer it's about trying EVERYTHING BESIDES HITTING. That's creativity: finding new uses for existing stuff, or different combinations.

You can use a hammer to grind, pull, throw, stabilize, hold, draw, sell, switch, what about detaching the iron from the wood and using separately? And many more.
