Set up your SharePoint hub site - SharePoint Hub 101

In this video after a simple introduction to SharePoint hub, we create a hub and configure it. Then we add sites to the hub and configure navigation.
We use PowerShell to create hub and add sites to the hub.

Hi Alireza, thank you for this very detailed tutorial. Just one question, Why after associating sites to our hub site, the site navigation is not showing in our sites home page. We can only see the hub navigation when we are in the site content page.

That was great, so I have my hub connected to five O365 groups. However one of the groups is a called projects, do I create an o365 group for each project or go for a subsite.

So technically, every sub site in on-prem "should" be an independent site collection in Hub Site Structure Era and then can be joined together using Hub ?
