3d reverb is in the suite version only. Storyboard is audio content only. So the only new feature is text to speech?

One question. I just updated from Vegas 21 to 22, but this time, I bought the full suite, so I also got Soundforge 18 pro. On Soundforge 18 pro, on the left side of the screen, there are a few options for Izotope plugings, like "de-hum" or "de-noise, " for example. When I press on those, it gives me an error saying the plugins are not installed correctly or something like that. I tried reinstalling everything, but it still does not work.
There is no way these are optional in my opinion, because they are part of the interface itself, on the left side of the screen.
Could you tell me what is going on? Are these included, do I need something to activate them? In the email where I received all the activation codes, there is no mention of Izotope. Thanks!

Guys, i need help. If someone would be so kind and guide me how to find few settings please. I am new to this and lost. I need to tweek Sampling rate, low/high pass rate Initial cut off(Hz) and Master level (dB) to reduce static. Where do i find those settings!? Please somehow help me with this. Much appreciated 🙏🏻

for the upgrade price of $200USD, I think this is a needless upgrade - the features don't compel me to pay that price
