Like a lot of people have already said, it definitely felt like they cared more about quantity than quality

The only thing I like about this phase is that everything is disconnected. they feel mostly solo and not nessicary to watch everything. This makes it better for some who just pick and choose few things to watch to not be confused about something in the next marvel movie. A reason some won’t watch everything is that a lot of it is not worth going to cinema and instead waiting for streaming since they aren’t that good.

I lost interest on the MCU as a whole after Age of Ultron

Everything became excessive and repetitive

I just kept watching the following movies because of the Infinity Saga

Now I'm done with the MCU

Everything was heading towards INFINITY WAR and ENDGAME

I didn't even know it was supposed to be a multiverse phase until I started hearing "multiverse phase". Like, there's a multiverse aspect in everything but none of it connected

No Way Home is the best MCU film of all time and it’s in phase 4

I binged the entire first 3 phases in 2021 and 2022. Before that I only saw the avengers. This is coming from someone who works a lot of 60 hour weeks and cares for 3 children. I just watch a movie or two on the weekend with my gf; no big deal. Once I finished and phase 4 started, the pace of releases has felt fine to me. I just hate that we have to wait so long between Avengers films now. It’s not obvious to me what the point is in even calling these phases is if there isn’t a huge crossover the rest of the films lead up to.

The strange spell one is understandable, we saw what happened when it goes wrong, the multiverse begins to collapse on itself, wong literally told him not to use it, I could also say strange did not know about the spell until after thanos attacked and died. And if you’re bringing up the case, in infinity war strange could have easily portaled half of thanos body away while they were holding him down

The biggest and most pressing reason why phase 4 stinks is bad writing. The writers are all Rick and Morty alums and have no idea of character development. The heart from phase 1 through 3 is totally absent.

It ultimately fails because we're post 4 Avengers movie. Every single movie that has a world threatening villain needs the acknowledge of the wholeAvengers team. Where were the other superheroes in Now Way Home? It works for the earlier movies because they were still on their own and haven't been part of this team. Now that everyone knows each other and have holographic calls with each other, you can't go back. This is why the Avengers will still work, but not the solo movies (unless it's the Guardians since they're off own their own)

Phase 4 isn't the "worst phase" and is in fact the second best phase behind Phase 3

It's crazy just how many Marvel movies and shows they put out lately.

Also, just putting it out there. In my opinion, I think Multiverse of Madness was great! I'd say it's the best out of the three that you mentioned.

And about love and thunder, I know thor is supposed to be a character that's supposed to be broken after losing so much, but I still really enjoyed how humorous he was. And I do find it really weird that we don't see the god BUTCHER actually butching any gods in the movie, but I'm not complaining about that. The final battle of the movie was great! And we can't forget about Hercules showing up in the end credits! That was a HUGE reveal!😆

And about she hulk, I know everyone hated it, but I didn't think it was terrible. I mean, come on. DAREDEVIL WAS IN IT! We haven't seen Charlie Cox's Daredevil actually fighting until he showed up in she hulk! And the only other time we saw him in the MCU was in no way home, where he didn't have a big role, and didn't put on the suit! Everyone was really excited to see him return, and I think she Hulk gave us what we needed! Even if it wasn't perfect!
