Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on cardio and getting your heart rate up withsome core work thrown in to make sure your abs are feeling strong! We will spell our ACCELERATE with the exercises that we do, see if you can guess which ones are coming for each letter! We will rock 10 exercises for 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. No equipment needed so grab your water and let's go!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

I was so "there ain't no B or M in ACCELERATE" so no Burpees or mountain climbers but umm....was I wrong? Lol. I loved that, flew by in what felt like 10 minutes. Let's rock this month!!

Short and spicy 30 minutes to close out a week's worth of incredible workouts! Sydney's programming challenges me every day to try hard things. To discover new strengths. To believe in myself. To love myself even with my flaws. I am feeling so blessed to be a member of this Squad and meet so many wonderful people. I came into this workout in such a sad mood, I even whacked my finger on the bench in front during the clap unders and broke down in tears, not at the pain just the frustration of the day, but I composed myself, got back up and carried on. It wasn’t my best workout and it wasn’t my best effort but I didn’t give up and that’s what I needed today. Thank you Sydney for always being there for us.
