It used to be famous and huge fish market here but fish market is now moved to Toyosu.
However, great restaurants still remains around former Tsukiji fish market.

I’ll add that we had an amazing experience at the tiny 4-person counter Sushi Okame - some of the best sushi we had in Tokyo. No English menu but if you know a few Japanese sushi words, you’ll be fine. We also loved the negitoro bowl at Tsukiji Donburi Ichiba. Try some of the places without lines! There are many gems there.
