30 Minute Resistance Band Strength Workout | Total Body

You will need a long resistance band with handles (long tube band with handles or heavy theraband), bench or chair, and a mat for this 30 minute workout. Every exercise (with the exception of glute kickbacks) will be performed for approximately one minute. Since these are timed exercises, find a tempo you can maintain for that given exercise with perfect form and mind muscle connection. We need to make sure our band is the appropriate resistance level. If you are able to perform 12-15 shoulder presses with your band, then the workout is most likely a go! If we are not able to perform those reps, your resistance band may be too heavy, and if you feel like you could do 20+ reps your band may be too light. Everyone will be different, so find a resistance that works for you if you have multiple bands available. The only time you will need the bench/chair is to help brace yourself during the kickbacks, so if you don't have one of those two items, try to find something of similar height. (My mic will sound weird for about 5 minutes during the middle of this video, but it does goes away at the end of the tricep exercise!)

This workout offers so much, I've seen five times worse workouts get 300, 000 views. This one deserves at least 500 000. Keep up the great job.

My first workout with Larie but definitely not my last. I love all the variety and moves I haven't done elsewhere. I'm sweating like crazy but I had fun. And even though you are fit as all get out, you share how hard it is, you're right there with us. Thank you.

I'm the one who emailed you about the exact band you use. got the band did this workout with it and it was GREAT thanks I would also like to compliment you on the volume of your background music. I have a hearing impairment and I can hear you perfectly. so often video workouts have the pounding rock music on so loud! it is difficult to hear the count or the description of the moves. keep doing this it's not dance cardio!! yayyyy!

I used a resistance band that was far too heavy, but this workout was great! For anyone with a super heavy resistance band - some of the standing workouts that seemed impossible I went on my knees so there was less distance for the band to move.

Just finished 5 seconds ago and freaking loved it. I used my arena strength bands specifically the medium one and even though I couldn't last the same time on some of them I am sweating so that let me know I did put in effort with my workout. Look forward to trying your other videos. Thank you!

Finally a trainer who isn’t overly happy and is constantly shouting ”come on ladies, you can do it! More more more, come on go deeper! *grins insanely wide*” Each to their own but I really can’t stand them haha. You’re the first one I’ve come across in my 37 years who just felt right for me. I didnt even know you guys excisted!

This was exactly what I needed. I like that I can make it more or less challenging with the bands. I wasn't sweating very much but boy did it build up! Thanks so much for sharing this workout :)

This is my second time watching!!

On the final exercise, I find that bending my knees at the top as I abduct helps to feel targeted at the inner thigh.
