Last time I check it was the fastest growing economy in the world. They have offshore oil managed by Exxon. The country only get 12% of all the money generated from oil. They signed a very bad contract with Americans. The first family are big spenders when majority of the population is poor

My country, being the only Spanish-speaking country in Africa, benefits us and hurts us at the same time because our two closest neighbors speak French and are very defenders of France, we get along better with Nigeria and Ghana.
