I have an electric vehicle. For what I use it for it’s excellent but there’s no long trips for sure. On my back window is my custom-made sticker that says the following: “This electric vehicle is powered by nuclear, natural gas and coal” I didn’t include solar or wind power because in my area it’s far less than one percent and they are taking down the windmills and scrapping them.
I went to a search engine and figured out that they still use coal, natural gas and garbage to produce electricity among other things but I would bet that wind and solar is not a big part of this and it’s not going to be when it’s extremely cold or extremely hot because the wind doesn’t blow, nighttime doesn’t produce solar and of course they always have natural gas to fall back on go figure.
